Dr Shreya, our Ayurveda practitioner will understand your symptoms and will put you on a 6 month diet plan with Ayurveda based recommendations. 

The plan includes an initial one hour online zoom consultation with our chief Ayurvedic Vaidya. She will understand the symptoms and body type and give a one month diet and lifestyle plan by email. This will include any questions on Video Call and whatsapp for one month.
The date and time of appointment will be coordinated on email and whatsapp after the order has been booked.
